§ 2-123. City administrator.

(a)

There is hereby created and established an office of city administrator who shall be appointed by the mayor and city council and who shall be responsible for administering and coordinating the daily operations of the city, subject to the direction and supervision of the mayor.

(b)

In the discretion of the mayor and council, the office of city administrator may be combined with, and performed by, the city clerk.
