§ 62-144. Disposal of hazardous material.

Latest version.

The disposal of hazardous waste within the city is not permitted, be it in a container or on property. It is the responsibility of all persons wishing to dispose of hazardous waste to take said materials or objects to the appropriate hazardous waste recycling centers.
