§ 54-172. Insurance license fees.

Latest version.

There is hereby levied an annual license fee upon each independent insurance agency doing business within the city. For each separate business location in excess of one not covered by section 54-173, which is operating on behalf of such independent insurance agency within the city, there is hereby levied a license fee. The amount of such license fees shall be as set forth in the schedule of fees and charges on file in the office of the city clerk.
