§ 22-1. Name of court.

Latest version.

In keeping with state law as provided in O.C.G.A. § 36-32-1 et seq., the court shall be known as the Municipal Court of the City of Mountain Park. The Municipal Court of the City of Mountain Park is established and described in article VII of the city Charter.
