§ 14-2. Special daily business license.

In lieu of obtaining a business license or paying an occupational tax as provided in this Code, a person not maintaining a fixed place of business in the city may obtain from the administrator a special daily business license which shall expire at 12:00 midnight of the day for which it is issued. A new license shall be obtained for each day on which any type of business is to be conducted. Any person desiring to engage in a business licensed under this section shall obtain a license prior to engaging in business on the day for which the license is issued and pay all license fees and occupation or business taxes as set out in the schedule of fees and charges on file in the office of the city clerk.
