§ 7. Conflicts.

In the event of a conflict between this ordinance and the original franchise dated August 21, 1995, this ordinance shall control. All terms, conditions and stipulations contained in such franchise ordinance shall remain in full force and effect to the extent that they do not conflict with this ordinance.
